Is the Oregon real estate exam hard?

The passing score for the real estate exam is 75% or higher. For the national section, you will need to get at least 60 of the 80 right. And for the state section, you will need to get 38 out of 50 right.

There is no limit on the number of times you may take the real estate exam. Hence, you may take it as many times as you want until you pass it.

You should pay $75 for each examination attempt.

After taking the exam, you will receive the exam results, telling you whether you failed or passed.

Fingerprinting and Background Check

The Oregon Real Estate Agency requires that a future real estate agent passes a background check. When you fill in the application for licensure, it will automatically count as background check as the latter contain questions on criminal history.

After passing the state licensing exam, you will have your fingerprints taken here. The fingerprinting service will cost you $56.
